🧢 ABOUT OUR JERSEYS

Q: Are your jerseys custom-made?
A: Yes! Every jersey is made-to-order based on your design. Whether you want something bold, classic, or downright wild—we’ll bring your vision to life.

Q: What styles do you offer?
A: We currently offer 2-button softball/baseball jerseys in a unisex fit. We’re constantly expanding our collection, so stay tuned for new styles.

Q: Can I see mockups before ordering?
A: Of course! Once you’ve finalized your design, we’ll send you a mockup for approval before production starts.

📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long does production take?
A: Our jerseys are handmade, and production takes 8–12 business days. Need it faster? See our expedited options below!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Note: Expedited shipping does not speed up production time.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.

Q: Do you deliver locally?
A: Yes! Orders of 25+ jerseys within 15 miles of our SoCal warehouse qualify for free local delivery. Outside of 15 miles? A $9.99 delivery fee applies.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange my jersey?
A: Because our jerseys are made just for you, we do not accept returns for size issues or changes of heart. Please double-check our sizing chart before ordering.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
A: If we make a mistake with your order (wrong design, wrong size, etc.), we’ll make it right. Email us at support@playloudjerseys.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

🎨 DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Can I create my own jersey from scratch?
A: Absolutely. Whether you’re designing for a team, an event, or just want a one-of-a-kind jersey, we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

Q: Do you offer All-Star or Rec League jerseys?
A: Yes! We create standout All-Star jerseys for rec leagues that want something fun, exciting, and anything but boring.

Q: Do you design for adults, too?
A: 100%. Our jerseys aren’t just for youth players. We create custom looks for adult leagues, tournaments, company events, and more.

💳 PAYMENTS & POLICIES

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options offered through Shopify.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be canceled if production hasn’t started. A $20 customization/restocking fee per jersey applies to all cancellations. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for teams or leagues?
A: We do! Reach out to us at support@playloudjerseys.com for wholesale pricing or to place a league/team order.

Q: Do you work with rec leagues or tournament directors?
A: Yes, and we love it! If you're organizing All-Stars or a travel tournament, we’ll make your jerseys the ones everyone talks about.
